You always shoud start a fight whit shroud of darknes and duskbringer this will grant you great att speed in start. when enemy tries to escape use your fear and walk near him . that shoud acitvate the fear. Your passive is realy great while your on low health just walk into middle of minions and hit one that will grant you more health. always try to basic atack enemy as much as you can. use your ultimate carfuly. Always try to ks whit it and almost every time it works or if you need to save somebody.

Item build is tested in events and championships. Nocturn is the one person who dont need to have lots of speed so he doesnt need speed a lot. becouse whit this build after youll fear the enemy you will kill him fast. Critical strike is 100% and yoiur lifesteal will be great when your bloodthirsters will be maxed. you can solo baren, and fight 1x2 for sure.
Warmogs is not perfect item for noc but i prefer it becouse it grants more hp and noc doesnt have a lot. those 2 phantom dancers grants you speed enough to catch anyone becouse you shoud use fear right away ^^> And i think you do know what infinity edge does so no need to explain.

Ok. Skill sequnce is the one and only for nocturn in line but no jungle.
Duskbringer is the basic dealing dagmage skill you have to focus onb him. if you hit whit it enemy champion they will get black trail on which youll atack faster and more powerful.
Unspeakable Horror is realy good skil for noc agter few seconds it makes enemy feared and it is the time to shine for you.
Shroud is very good too. passive it grants great at speed and active: for few seconds you can block 1 enemy ability it is realy helpful when running away or team fight. if abillity blocked you gain even more att speed.
Your ulti is realy powerful. it can be casted in a huge range every level even bigger.
after using your ulti try skill combo of all 3 skills combo it shoud grant you easy kill.
Black shroud gives you avibility to dodge any ultimate : caitlyns, brands, nunus and all the others.
Passive grants 120% of damage to near by enemies + you lifesteal 15/20/25 from each target.

Yes Clarity and dont think that its just wrong this is realy helpul in early game. noc dont have lots of mana so he realy need the clarity
