Switch the Spirit Visage with an Abyssal Scepter, SV is a stupid last item.

i would change your runes max w before q specially if you are building morde as a tank and change your mastery tree to 9/21/0 for the 15% magic pen and cdr, also you should put alternative items

Mordekaiser isn't tank. If you talk like that, it's obvious that you are really bad player. Yes he may never die with this build but since Mordekaiser isn't tank, you need some killing power. Get Abyssal Mask or Rylai's Crystal Scepter. They will solve your problems.

Creeping Death must be maxed before Mace of Spades. And where did you put Sunfire Aegis? Perfect item on Mordekaiser.

I'm not goin' to -1. I hope that you will deal with your mistakes.
