Veigar Guide

Nice build, always wanted to try veigar and i think i will using this build/guide, i'll let you know how it goes if i ever get round to using him xD
The only thing i don't like is the huge picture of veigars face xD

I personally don't like the item build too much, the start of it is great but Rylai's Crystal Scepter doesn't fit in well with the whole "burst mage" kind of deal that veigar has, you also shouldn't prioritize Dark Matter of Baleful Strike because if you farm well than Dark Matter can do a lot of good damage and takes up much less mana, only using your Dark Matter when you know you can take down an enemy with your combo, but as the guide is new I am not going to downvote you as I feel that you can improve upon it.
I didn't actually mean to post it yet, but thx for the advise :) I'm going to talk about Rylai's in the item section later, that it is just for the messure of sustain and survivability. I choose either Hourglass or Morello's Evil Tome instead of it, Hourglass for survivability(the passive, armor) or Morello for more damage output as I can spam the abilites more frequently. But as I said, it isn't complete.
