The entire Lee Sin kit counters Wukong. He has more mobility, better early game, he can disengage you in teamfight, and he can see you with his Q spell (so you can't W when he used it on you).

Olaf

Olaf has a so much better 1v1 against you. You only have your W to escape from him. You have a little better late game.

Diana

Extreme

Her Q spell reveals you. She has a really stronger late game. She also counters you hard if she does Zhonya. You just have a little early game window if you want to destroy her.

Elise

Major

Stronger early game. If she catches you in mid or late game and if you don't get Maw and/or Mercuries, your team will lost a serious teamfight impact. Try to ward correctly against her. You outscale her really hard.

Karthus

Even

You have a really better early game, but he can earn some free kills on the map. Just get a Maw against him, no choice.

Ekko

Even

You have a better early game. The problem is : he has more mobility and his ult to escape. Really hard to denie. He also has a better scaling. Just get a Maw against him.

Jarvan IV

Major

He has a better early game impact than you. He can isolate you with his ult and denie yours easily. But you have so much more damage. In mid or late game you easily destroy him with equal stuff.

Gragas

Even

He can denie easily your ult with his own ult. He is also decent all game long. But you denie him with Maw. In mid or late game you can win against him if you time correctly your W when he E.

Ivern

Minor

You 1v1 him all game long. The main problem is in teamfight : he can denie some of your damage with Redemption and his E in mid/late game on enemy carries.

Kha'Zix

Even

You have a better 1v1 in early game. You can denie easily his damage with your clone. You also have a better teamfight impact. The main prob on him is his evolved W : it can reveal you when you W.

Rengar

Major

Usually played by OTP, Rengar is a strong problem if he's fed. He has the engage priority on you when he ults. He destroys the Assassin Wukong. But you will have a stronger teamfight impact with the monkey. Keep some tankiness (Tabis is the best item against Rengar).

Nocturne

He has a better powerfarming and a better 1v1 in early game. You destroy him from midgame if Noc isn't really fed.

Sejuani

You can free farm like you want. You just have to take some early kills, in order to focus enemy carries. She engages well but doesn't peel really good (except with Knight's Vow).

Zac

Even

You 1v1 him easily in early game. The prob is the chunk regeneration in mid/late game, when he has enough armor to denie your damage. Take care to ward, in order to engage enemy carries correctly.

Rek'Sai

Extreme

He counters you really hard in early game. You need a strong advantage to destroy her. She can see you when she is under the ground. She denies your gameplay.

Amumu

Tiny

You don't have a strong gank setup, he doesn't too. You don't have a strong early game, he doesn't too. You can also 1v1 him in early and midgame. In late game he has so much armor, and you should focus the enemy carries from a long time.
