Lol yea if you lookat the damage in this build its only 236. you would have to turn this into a raw AD build for Bloodthirster to be viable. However Hextech Gunblade wil heal you on your ult, arcane shift, essence flux, The 4% magic damage on your Q and auto attacks.[in other words all your sources of damage] and it adds up. Not to mention theres still lifesteel on it too.

Yes, Hextech > BT easily.

thank you I really appreciate the feedback i kept in mind how expensive the items were getting and went with black cleaver instead of last whisper. Black cleaver has armor pen and attack damage so its 2 birds with one stone. this way i can hurt high armor targets but still have some attack damage and has some attack speed to.
