The point is to engage and dive into the enemy, have them focus you and then tank the damage whilst you can output your DPS.
But there are too many walls of text. To be honest, I couldn't finish reading it, just because of all the text.
It's a guide, you have to keep your readers interested and mesmerized. Adding some coding, pictures and more icons really helps.
There are a lot of guides explaining coding on this site:

Best of luck,

Edit: I don't think others should tell you how to build your champion. This is YOUR way of building
The problem with purely theorycrafting is that you just don't have the experience to put it into practice and see the flaws.
The flaw in your build is building WAAAAAAAAY too aggressively and neglecting tank stats till very late into the game. That's just plain stupid because it will end up in you getting obliterated in teamfights if you don't snowball as hell.
You have to keep in mind that this isn't something for higher elo where teams are more coordinated; this is supposed to be a guide for people who are just starting off jungling, as said in the introduction. In normals/very low ELO, damage is usually better since you can't rely on your teammates; and furthermore, the point of this guide was to teach people jungling and the interchangeability of in-game builds. As I mentioned several times, the item build was only an example.
Of course, you're probably right in your context, but please understand that this guide isn't for high level play.
