Chapter 1
Use "Consume" to heal whenever you need it! Also if you are fleeing and just about to die, go for somewhere where there's minions, so you can heal a little. Use "Ice Blast" to slow them down, and "Blood Boil" to speed yourself! (Actually, when you have enough mana, you are always having "Blood Boil" turned on!) Though, the difference between using it on yourself and using it on a friendly champion isn't that bad, so as often as you can, use it on someone else! Especially if they are fleeing and you have th HP to survive if they change and focus on you..
