I'm not going to write a lot in here, since it's my first guide, though I saw this page was missing this OP build, so I thought you guys might want to check this out.

This build is great for vayne because of the new Guinsoo's, making her W passive proc in 2 hits instead of 3 as usual. If you build frozen gauntlet enemies will hardly run away from you. Although watch out, it can get messy if you rush buying Guinsoo's first, so I'd highly recommend you to go for Blade of the Ruined King first, as it gives you extra percentage of health per hit. Also I recommend Lord Dominik's regards for total tank annihilation (because of that 15% extra damage against them.

As this is only the item build, definetely check out the other vayne guides for gameplay tips and tricks. Enhoy this item build until it gets nerfed hard. Anyway, definetely try out this build, as it is probably the best build for Vayne right now.
