Laning Phase
Farm with your Q and auto attacks.
Poking:
Start a Q in the fog of war and then send it at the enemy so they have little time to react. Keep doing this until they get low enough. Once you get tear, this should be less mana costly.
Ganks:
Their Jungler: Try to use E to slow them down and use your ultimate on the mid laner to stop him from killing you.
Your Jungler: Try to bait out an engage from them and then ultimate to lock their mid lane in place and apply damage with your jungler for the kill or summoner spell bait.=2
