Why should play with him?

There are a lot of reasons

-He is the best solo-top champion,and can hold it ery long and effectively

-He can be played very versatile(Solo,Lane,and well players can also play mid whit him)and as a tank,off-tank or as a damage dealer, and sometimes as a jungler

About the Masteries

-On the Deffensis page we does not need many points. Because whit Jarvan we need just the magic resistance,armor and life regeneration
-if you spend less time dead, the sooner we can return to the battlefield and can provide a pleasant one advantage
-Of course, we need again the life and mana regeneration
-Especially if we're solo top the Exp and Gold bonus is very important to get very early stronger
-to be faster, has a generally pleasant bonus, I also use here too
-The decay time reduction can help to escape an enemy rapidly, with q and e. Therefore, I have also the decay time is not shortened by flash

The runes

Jarvan is a real Off-Tank monster !
4000 hp and 280 damage , no chance.
This Build is so like it is ****! ;)

Summoner Spells

The ground why I taken ignite flash is obvious.
With Jarvan we has one goal,:never to die the dead of so many allied prevented.
And also make kills by himself, its a big task for a single player.
And just to create with this summoner spells.
Flash can use Offensic as well as in emergency, and ignite is always helpful to use until q and e to get a kill.
You can also take teleport to get faster at the solo lane after a death or shopping
Or Gost, to be faster and get kills or not to get killed by someone.
