How to play blitz 101
Using your grab is not the most important thing in lane.
If you opponent is scared of you, just zone him and wait until your adc is ahead.
If they step out of line grab the adc.
The easiest way to hook is when the adc is just starting to lasthit a minion.
If you fail your hook you create a bad situation on bot, because your main threat is on cd.

Enemy op- dodges all hooks
That is bad for you. Luckily you go for a fast build. After the tier 2 boots you can just run up to the adc use your w to be faster and then knock him up.
After the knockup run a little bit back and use your grab.
This creates a situation where you grab for approx. half the length of a "normal" hook.

Follow those steps:
1) Tell your team to kill high priority target.
2) Go be save behind your team.
3) Channel Predator.
4) Lock onto your target.
5) Use Shurelias and activate your glory.
6) SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED up to your target and knock him up.
7) Use ult and hook the target again for ultimate damage.
8) TYPE IN ALL CHAT TO LET ENEMY KNOW YOU ARE TOO FAST FOR THEM!
