Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate every comment I get because it helps me to progress the guide. However, I disagree on the humor part. I think some people (like myself) learn much better when information is presented to them in a humorous or entertaining way. I think this applies everywhere, such as in grade school and college. I'd much rather have a funny professor who can laugh about the content he's teaching, rather than an in-depth wall of text or a long audial lecture. However, I do understand that many people prefer in-depth guides and very serious content because it definitely shows that the guide creator has a lot of knowledge of what they're writing about. I'm sorry you don't like the humor-based style of the guide, but I do love the feedback, so thank you for taking your time to read the guide.

Well perhaps I've only exclusively played against people who can't play Karthus well. That could very well be a possibility. If you have the time, could you also guide me in the way of build path and build? I'd like to know what you would change so I can make adjustments to make the guide better. Thanks for the feedback.

Could you please add in some input on the build and give some pointers? I'd appreciate it. Also, I don't believe all guides need to be 100% serious all the time. I want the general idea to be serious, such as build and runes, but the content to be humorous. I'm sorry you don't enjoy the humor of it though :(, I can understand that not all people find the same things funny. Thank you for the comment though.

Quit the drugs please. Malz can get E on targets without as many issues as you point out, Liandry ticks a gazillion times with Malefic Visions and for someone talking about malz not having range/being unsafe your decision to get Deathfire Grasp is even more questionable. I mean, he is 100% exposed when he casts his ult.

E -> R along with Liandry's Torment ticks will kill even tanks if they don't have the proper magic resist to back it up. 1 E will literally 1/3 a majority of champions.

Oh come on stop it with liandry on malz already, malz can't really poke safely and he has no slow what's the point of liandry ? i understand the use of haunting guise but not liandry, you can blow someone up in less than 2 seconds i don't see this ridiculous DoT helping me here ...

Build is incorrect, so is the build path. Runes require hybrid pen and scaling hp or flat hp seals. Masteries are fine but matchup section is off. The fact you say Malz has a range advantage over Karthus leads me to believe that you have no idea what you're talking about.
