Greater Quintessence of Ability Power: This is the best quint for Ability power champions and you wont find another quint rune that is better.

Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: This Mark rune is to reduce the enemy magic penetration which is helpful vs champions that are stacking MR.

Greater Glyph of Ability Power: This is going to give you lots of ap that will help you farm and harass they enemy.

Greater Seal of Health: As a mid laner you are going to be ganked by the enemy jungler or by the other lanes this is how the game goes so you need to get some armor to protect your self.
