get in get ur hits off and run u deal the damage and all they can do is watch biggest problems with this is stuns this isnt a great build its overly costly but if built twisted turns into a machine gun on wheels. A big recomendation would be to get the red buff from the jungle monsters with its slowing with each hit theres even less of a chance that any champion will be able to run away from you.

With twisted's wonderful teleport ultimate u can even a playing feild by porting in behind the enemy cutting off a retreat and the rate u deal damage cuppled with the gold pick a card its a deadly duo and can leave most champs hurting bad or dead. My personal favorite way to use fate is to sit behind a tank and with his lovely range just shower them with attackes and even if u get hit a little with The Bloodthirster u can normaly heal ur self up pretty quickly.
