Seems like an ok build to me but I definitely would replace the Greater Mark of Desolation with the Greater Mark of Magic Penetration as you are focussing on attack speed here which means you practically only deal magic damage until you have your Black Cleaver.

Change the masteries, take Awareness] instead of [[Expanded Mind as that is just WAY BETTER, seriously it is. Also, take two points in Good Hands and one point in Perseverence instead of putting three points in Perseverence as taking multiple points in it is just not as benificial.

The guide on the other hand looks boring, without any icons or pictures and it is a little short as well.

I will not downvote nor upvote, when it has been changed I definitely take another look at it as I see some potential here.

Seems like you only included how to play him? You should add an items section at least, and maybe say why you have the build you have in the cheat sheet? Looks good imo.
