Thank you for the remember,anyway i know it's a bit unusual i tried in different way and in the end i decided to max both 3 along cause i noticed in early game it was better have little more damage so the ADC could kill easier.

Odyn's Veil is just available in Dominion. Your skill order is unusual and I suggest you maxing Eclipse at level 9 and then one of the other two skills at 13.
