As a Hecarim main myself, I disagree with Iceborn Gauntlet being a core in 100% of your games. The option of Trinity Force is especially amazing on Hecarim. Of course, its usually better to take Trinity Force only when you're ahead. Also, you take Sunfire Aegis way to late for it to be gold efficient. I would replace it with Guardian Angel. You don't have to agree with me of course, however, do take it into consideration.
