This is a usefull build.. got a cool initial burst.. is nice to farm and gives tons of dmg..with those runes and masteries gibes u the needed AP.. something i will use to give dmg with E.. then i'll use Q or to last hit.. or to save my a*s! u need skill to make this.. cz if u make this build at mid game or late game.. or ao f*cked up.. cz u will be squishy..

frozen is a cool way to slow down ur enemys and spam E at full speed.. anyway u can swap it for phantom if u like to run away from ur enemys or simply if u think dat u can handle ur enemy like a boss..

Dat's a special teemo build.. he wont give dat BURST dmg.. but will be though enough to kill anyone.. i call it Terror Tank Teemo.. The TTT build.. Exaust to obviously slow and spam on enemy.. banshe's to have some sustain in a battle.. cz sometimes teemo just get stunned and killed.. or pulled by a blitz.. but NOO!! u can even change the force of nature by a thornmail anyway..
