I like this idea but the Runaan's exposes Neeko's disguise. A minion running into lane with a glowing orb over their head is a little unusual.

i don't really use neeko's disguise much when playing her adc, as it loses its use out of laning phase besides disguising as teammates.

if you wanted the waveclear while also being disguised, although statikk gives you away its easier to approach lane in disguise while also having the wave clear.

if you wanted the as then going kraken slayer or phantom dancer isnt a bad option either.

I recently learned rageblade is bugged on neeko and doesnt give you extra passive correctly. Is it still worth building even bugged or is straight crit better

Sorry for the late response. I think rageblade in its current state is quite bad on most champs.

My recommendation now after a few patches would be to go Kraken Slayer -> Phantom Dancer -> Runaan's.

Happy New Year! Rakan is in the middle level of synergy, why? You can cast your copy, Rakan will use it for initiation. Fight will be at an excellent level, because Rakan and Neeko have a lot of control.

Very good point! I think the main reason is because before 6 his cc is rather unreliable and doesn't last long. However I do think he deserves to be higher up on the synergy scale
