If you would like just to ask question, that you should leave a comment on som1 that you accualy think knows what he is doing with this char and ask in comment seciton. Also you still have leagueoflegend.com or lol-europe.com forums that are done for this kind of stuff. Imagine each and every person that wants to ask a question makes a "build" here.

i said "save as draft" coz of your:
"Have not truely tested this out..." part.

if I wanted to ask a question about the guide why would I save it as a draft.
