I am taking flash as the 2nd summoner spell because you can escape even better with 2 skills which can save your *** if you dont use your ulti pretty well.

I wanna Max bloodlust at first because it gives you attack damage and this is what you really need for jungling fast and ganking effectively.

Main items at the end :
- Wiggles
- Mercury´s treads
- Ghostblade
- Zeal ( and make it to a phantomdancer after buying your 1st bloodthirster )
- infinity edge
- bloodthirster
... then at the end of the game sell wiggles and buy the 2nd bloodthirster if it isnt over yet
