Your build definitely works and may redefine peoples definition of pantheon keep up the good work ^.^

I used this and had the best game of my lyfe, though my team lost barely, I went 37 kills, 6 deaths, and 12 assists

Sorry for no updates, i play Pantheon rarely now, but build still works, they didn't change my items for him in patches, so you can safely use it.

I think this a great start to a guide to Panth a couple questionable items but good guide
Work to be done:
as you said there is more to come with lane counters
you should add a couple images and videos of some situaltional uses of his abilites
Talk a little bit more about exactly what you should be doing in lane early game/mid game/late game
Talk about some good team compositions that would include Panth
Talk about his job in team fights

All around decent keep at updating and making your guide better
