First build Yorick off tank \ dps
Not a lot of hp not a lot of dodge, and good arm. pen.
i think it better for offtank\dps Yorick
Second build Yorick is a tank Yorick.
Some runes for hp and some to magic Resist and some to armor... i think great for balanced tank.
your hp in 1 lvl ~750 (!) :D ithink it very nice.

off tank \ dps Items
Start with Sapphire Crystal one Health Potion and one Mana Potion. Then after this take Boots oh, i thik u understand :D all like on build ;3
tank, all easy :D look at build and take items what u need))

Yorick is great on solo top ! In every build what i give)).

Early

In line haras by your ghoul`s, if u lost mana use Mana Potion :D
Lasthit by auto atack, if u stay 1x2 or your enemy more skilled then u, try lasthit by ghoul`s, and when possible not take damage and lasthit, lasthit by auto atack :D in early game u will have not bad farm and must take ~150 crips on 20 min and will be nice if u will not base all thouse 20 min :) sometimes take wards and put it on bush on the river, to defend of gankers))
mid game
In mid game, start`s teamfights, u will have core items, maybee 1-2 kills. In teamfights your target use ulti on your carry when it need, and slow enemys so that they could not escape. If u dps\offtank Yorick u can deal nice damage by q spell, if u tank, use sometimes e skill to heal yourself that`s all, stay and take damage :D . In every build your target`s 1) not die 2)save teammeit`s 3) make some kills :D
late GGame
In late game all so easy 4 us Yorick`s :D when u have full items, in dps u deals SO GAINT DAMAGE :D, if u tank u can very good survive, corse ~200 mr and ~200 arm and ~3500 hp , 2hard4kill u :D
