Runes and why ad is so great here (+ all the alternate ones) because you NEED attack speed on him. Extra ad just is so much more valuable because you can't squeeze alot of that in a typical twitch build. E bonus ad buff is insane with runes, despite sucking with his typical build.

Avoid enemy jungle unless 4~kills ahead and no chance of losing. Vertical jungling and counter ganking + level 2 ganking. Blue vs red smite and escaping jax and dodging skillshots.)
