Kind of a terrible guide. It's too short. Instead of saying that you don't know how to put the runes' box you should read one of the many guides in Mobafire.
As for the skill sequence I don't think that is the best. If you don't level Blades of Torment first you lose quite a lot of poking potential.
You don't say much about the items you should build, then you mention Bloodthirster but it doesn't appear on your core build, Trinity Force is a ****ty item on Aatrox, I could go on but the guide is simply to poor overall. So try to read some other guides that may help you improve yours.
