Introduction
I recently played a game where I went 4/4/21 with this exact build, and once I had Warmog's I could just hang out in mid lane, keeping Fizz, Kayn and the rest busy, while my team took Baron, dragon and towers.
Full disclosure: I'm only a Silver level player, but have been maining Thresh for 5 years, and find him quite fun. There's always something more to learn, and more things you can do with him.
If I find the time, I may alter this guide to include other build paths, vs. champions, strategies, etc. But for now, it's just the bare bones.
