I take these for normal AD because it has normal attack damage and a lot of defense(with souls)! Attack speed is good early game.

For runes, Thresh need a bit of armor and attack speed for early game. For late game (LvL 18) he needs MR. The AD is normal on every AD top.. XD!!

When you have your Statikk Shiv wait 100 stacks and "max flay" (when your Flay passive is red) and HIT YOUR ENNEMY. After your first hit make a lot of auto-attack, grab ennemy , use your Q teleport, cast your ult then fling him in your ult and auto-attack. Another tip is that you can take some souls with your lantern, so you can't miss minions. You can also see through walls with it ,so use it wisely.

You can take souls with your lantern and your lantern is same to ward, use it to see trough wall.
