Yeah that makes sense. I would have to agree with the runes being wasted I should have thought of that. I'll rework it a little bit. I like Innervating Locket just because of the survivability to it. If you actually do get the chance to get that far into the game to buy it, than the other team must be pretty good. By that time as well, you'll have at least 900 AP which is plenty. A good replacement to that would more than likely be Rylai's Crystal Sceptor. That would give you health and AP as well. Thanks for the feed back guys! It is much appreciated it.

Yeah I agree with Ghost with a Nuke build like this you are going to want magic pen and ability power runes.

your throwing away perfectly good runes for cooldown reduction, i realize its useful, but an "Elixir of Brilliance" or "Ancient Golem Buff" would suffice.

Personally, i'd do the Magic Penetration Marks, Mana Per 5 (Per Level) Seals, and Cooldown Reduction (Per Level) Glyphs, and either Health or Ability Power (Per Level) Quintessence. Other than that the build is farily strong. I like the item order and what not.

I'm a little unsure on the Innervating Locket, but you might have have had some success with it.

+1 for effort and fairly decent build =)

Anyone have any comments? I know it's probably not the best idea but I just want some feedback on what I can do to make this better. Also, any advice on making guides in general would be awesome. Thanks!
