Outrun him, poke him.
Rammus
Stay behind the minions, poke him and if he tries to escape use W.
Rengar
For this one you should pick and armor item and poke him.
Nasus
Poke him, outrun him, be careful with his stacks and don't let him catches you when his ultimate is on.
Riven
Poke and outrun, be careful with her combos.
Fizz
His mobility is annoying, pay attention on this. Try to play safe and poke him.
Jax
His stun is OP so outrun him and poke.
Tahm Kench
This frog is the most tanky **** ever saw. Poke him extremely much and dont let him eat you ;)
Renekton
If he is not pro/main you are ok. Just poke him and outrun. Be careful with his combo.
Talon
Until level 6 you're dominatig the lane. After level 6, be careful with his ultimate. Outrun him in your shrooms.
Twisted Fate
Early and Mid Game are eZ. All you have to do is to poke him.
Akali
She can be dangerous with her W in combo so play safe and poke her and don't go for stupid rushes.
Ekko
Poke him and if the pushes you, be ready to use your Q.
Dr. Mundo
Stay behind the farm, poke him and that's it.
Shen
He is the perfect combination of tank and AD. Poke him and don't rush stupidly.
Aatrox
Poke him, dodge his E and Q, be careful for his Passive and don't try to fight him when his ultimate is on and you're not more than 50% HP.
Quinn
He is so mobile, play safe, watchout for his W and poke and bait him in the shrooms.
Kassadin
Another mobile champ. Poke him, dogde his abilities and you're fine.
Wukong
His cloning ability is annoying. Poke him but stay safe. He can ult' out of nowhere.
Diana
In early game just poke and dodge her Q. Mid game is getting harder so try go get fed in early.
Gnar
First of all: You are cuter ^w^. Poke him and try to win all the trades. When he is in his big form stay safe.
Zed
Zed is an hard rival. First of all, dogde as much you can and try to poke him as much you can. Be very careful with his ultimate.
Yasuo
He is maybe the most mobile champ (when has enemy minions in his range). Poke him as much you can, he will probably wall your Q so use your mana carefully and the most important thing: dodge his HASAKI.
Ryze
Don't get caught by his stun, poke and outrun him.
Swain
When he uses his nigga (no off) stay off and try to not get rooted. eZ win by poking.
Illaoi
Run when she W you, dodge her tentacles and poke her.
Poppy
Stay behind the minions, poke her and be careful with her ultimate.
Gangplank
Dodge his E, try to win the trades and keep in mind that his W is useless. Poke him.
Jarvan IV
Dodge his Q, stay away of his W, poke him and be careful with his ultimate.
Kayle
He or She (idk) is just made of AS. His/Hers range is different by E. Force run when low HP because her Q slows you. Poke if you can.
Malphite
Attention on his Q, poke him and outrun him. Turn off his pasive and enjoy.
Rumble
Careful with the flames. Poke him and try to not be caught.
Olaf
Quite eazy lane until level 6. His Q is skill shot so try to predict and dodge it. Poke for kill (:
Volibear
Turn off his passive, outrun him, poke him, bait him and that's it. Oh, don't get caught by his Q or you're 80% dead.
Cho'Gath
Until the rework, he was counter for Teemo...WAS ^_^. Dodge his Q, poke him end after level 6, don't stay close to him because his R...
Kled
I'm just mad of Kled because I'm main Trynda (somehow) and he is hell. For Teemo is not that bad. With Skaarl, dodge his Q(remember that the minions are not affecting Q's trace, don't let him use his E on use and run, run, run when his ultimate is on. Try to poke him hard and good luck.
Annie
Poke her hard until level 6, don't let her stun you and if she has ultimate + stun try to defend next to the turret.
Fiora
Mobility :/ try to poke her without getting hitted. Pay attention to her Q and W and stay safe.
Sion
Dodge his Q, outrun him, poke him, dodge his E and when you kill him, get away as fast as possible.
Nautilus
He is very tanky and hard to kill. He will try to snowball you but just play the game of bushes with your passive. Poke him.
Kennen
He was never updated by his release date. Always a hard pick. Try to win the trades, don't be flamy and hope that he is not a good Kennen.
Vladimir
Teemo has not to many bad counters, but after the rework, Vladimir is one of them, when he is on his blood mode, run away and remind that face to face fight is not a good option becasue he is healing by your HP, try to poke, just try.
LeBlanc
Tricky... until level 6 you can try to kill her, but don't be to greedy. After level 6 play defensive with shroom spam.
Urgot
Another after rework counter. You can trade with him until level 6, try to kill him, but after level 6 he is gonna fu*k you up.
Pantheon
Like your Q, his passive blocks some hits so don't rush him, play safe, don't get stunned and try to poke him carefully. In fair fight you can't win.
Azir
You can't poke her, you can't Q her often, you just have to beg for some luck and play defensive because you can't beat Azir.
Yorick
He is off meta even after rework, but the rarely players are pro so try safe pokes, dodge as much as you can his W. After level 6 is quite impossible to kill him.
Cassiopeia
Rarely picked top, but like Yorick, you will meet just pro players. She will spam you with Q, dodge it. When low hp, go base because running is not an option because of her ultimate.
Heimerdinger
Even is he is at his 2nd game is Heimer he is gonna kill you. Heimer is not a hard champ to play so play safe, don't try to fight him outside of the turret's range and outrun his E.
Lissandra
The worst lane pick for Teemo, but she is also the less played top lane champion so you're lucky. If you face her, go for mobility and try to dodge all her abilities. Trade only if you are sure of your powers.
Jayce
You have eZ early game VS Jayce. Give all you can to kill him there because after level 6 if will be harder and in the mid game you will need help if you didn't got fed in the early game.
Irelia
Hard one, play safe, don't rush for pokes or trades because she will punish you hard. After level 6, if you didn't fed her you have a chance to kill her.
Ornn
A tanky one once again. Dodge his Q, try to make him go base a lot because he can buy on lane so if you don't deal some damage to him you're fu*ked. Be careful to his ultimate.
Singed
Not very hard, but not very eazy. He will poke will with his Q, so don't follow him up just for poking. Don't rush him in turret because his Q, W and E will help him totally.
Camille
You are a good counter for Camille so poke her hard, but don't rush for pokes because her W slows you and with a bit of luck she can kill you.
Kayn
Fight him in early because he is weak, don't forget about warding jungle bushes. Poke him and dodge his abilities. Play carefully in mid game because he is becoming dangerous.
Teemo
It's gonna be a wierd fight. Try to poke/hit him 1st and that's the only way you can win.
