dorans blade+wits end+malady+sword of divine+hextech gun blade+boots of swiftness with the hex-tech gun blade that my preference to my build you can replace it, and sell the dorans blade for something else i would go with the madreds bloodrazer you can replace the boots of swiftness with boots of mobility

the reason why its all attack speed is cause you want to attack rapidly with toxic at the opponent early on in the game

the reason why its poison and speed at the beginning because you want to attack with alot of bonus attack and and be able to chase people down or run away with bonus speed from move quick with the mushroom its really not very usefull unless your going magic teemo with this build you just want to use them to plan escape routes around the map so if your being chased by opponents they will be slowed once stepped on the mushrooms, the blinding dart to me has more use to start leveling up later when move quick and toxic are maxed out
