This build is still under construction
Why Tresh?
•You can play as tank, ad carry or support.
•Fun to play.
•You can save your friends in bad situations.
•Most important: Almost immortal when you choose tanky items.
Pros / Cons
• Easy to farm.
• Hard to die.
• Very good passive.
•
Death Sentence spell makes you a TF starter :)• Ranged and tank.
• Can support teammates.
CONS
• Easy to die in early game.
• Hard to pull enemy with Q in lanes.
• Some people doesn't know how
Dark Passage works.• Pantheon's passive blocks your first attacks.
Items
Berserker's Greaves For early attack speed. Better than Mercury in my opinion. Statikk Shiv Tresh's Q makes this item the best for him. Move around until stack 100, make sure your Death Sentence looks red. Attack someone and see how high you hit them. Also can be used against big creeps. Frozen Mallet A good health source also helps chasing with freeze. Wit's End Passive: You can use your AP(comes from passive spell) with autoattacks thanks to this item. And it has a good attack speed.If You Need More Health:

How to use "First Attack"
Death Sentence. When you wait without autoattacking someone, you'll see the small picture of your Death Sentence turns Red from green. That means you will have the stronger autoattack when you hit first.Now I hope you get why I choose statikk shiv.
When you move around, this item stacks up to 100. And when that happens if you autoattack someone,the electricity makes your attack powerful and multi-targetted.
When you autoattack with your full Q and stacked statikk shiv, that means you will hit almost 3x and to 4 targets.
