See, you won't get focused - why? Because you won't be in the team fight. Not in the beginning, anyways.

What I'd do is use wait for the fight to start, look for a squishy going about half health left and use your Jump>Ultimate. By then there should be another target with low life - Explosive Shot and Jump again. If they're not dead, Lich Bane proc wins the deal, and you get your jump's CD is refreshed. Feel unsafe? Activate Zhonya and watch them fumble.

You'll be one bouncin' little bugger, but hey, that's the fun in it, right?

Techinically, if you include all spells, she has .80x from rocket jump, .10x per sec for 8 sec, and 1.5x AP

Tho a bit outdated (on itens account), it's a great build. Her 150% AP scaling ult is amazing.

I'm not a fan of this build. yeah her ult will do about 1500 damage when you have a ****pile of AP, but thats about as much as a Parley from a crit strike gangplank, or a dark matter from AP veigar, and it has a 60 sec cooldown. She doesnt make a good nuke. -1

Well, I think you forgot the fact Tristana has a higher surviveability by his rocket jump (yes veigar has stun, but can't jump through walls).. The cooldown of the ultimate of Tristana is much lower than the ultimate of Veigar, and when the teamfight is nearly finished you can rocketjump them 1 by 1.

I will refrain from voting since I've never actually tried AP Tristana, but the whole concept seems a bit silly. Instead of Tristana, who has a 1.5x AP ratio, why don't you play somebody like Veigar, who has a 2.6x AP ratio?

Sure, AP Tristana has one nice spell - but it's a lot of wasted potential for a character that can do so much more.

Double Zhonya is noob, get a Lich Bane is the win, not that you should ever get to that in a game.

I start trying ust Doran's Ring instead Doran's Blade, 10AP and mana reg. not big, but item stay almost enire mid game.
Sometimes buy Force of Nature because magic res., 8 speed and health reg. (it realy amazing, not go to base, only move back for moment to health back 100% :D )

Most mages do that AND are squishy. Rocket Jump has a Cooddown Effect. And you also should have a team backin' you up. Zhonya's and rylai's are also the key to survival with your flash. So it shouldn't be a problem. In My Opinion your reason was lousy. S:

-1 the build is great but it has very little u can do besides use up ur skills in hope of it killing them since u yourself are unbelievably squishy.
