WORDS OF ADVICE : This build is fun and nice when you an pull it off, but if you're doing badly, build more tanky items (Like GA) If you're snowballing-- Just let it happen.

Start out with your Hunter's Machete and 5 potions. Grab your Berserker Boots after clearing once. (Route Red, Golems, Wraiths, Wolves, Give Blue to Mid, Wraiths, Golems.) Gank whenever needed, farm hard, grab Tiomat as soon as possible. Rush Ravenous Hydra, then build your Hunters Machete into Spirit of the Elder Lizard. Build BT for the LS/strong AD. Grab Zephyr for the AS/Tenacity. Statikk Shiv is nice for the AS/Mob, and other stats, though crit isn't needed, if you can think of something else, feel free.
