Im sorry, this guide needs work.
I will first point out that spell vamp is terrible on fizz, and taking vamp in utility is silly. Next, rushing GA is a terrible thing to do.
Your skill sequence is really weird, I don't mean to insult but it just seems you are not a very experienced player.
Thanks for the feedback! Like I said, I'm just using a Gragas build I found, so I'll definitely check out different options instead of spell vamp, because I agree, spell vamp isn't that necessary for Fizz.
Rushing GA however, is the core of my particular playstyle. It gives all around defenses and allows you to play more liberally.
There isn't really a skill order but I always get Playful/Trickster for the mobility and dodging it provides. I follow with Seastone Trident for the extra damage, and get Urchin Strike third. Nothing is really set in seastone.
