This is what i like to do as trynd but some people think it is kind of "cheap" but it works I usually get a penta if it goes to late game and some times in the mid game. You can take exhaust if you want i just like ignite more if you do put a point in instead of the AP.

I like to take these runes because they are able to give you good armor pen. and some defense. I don't use the CDR rune but you can if you want.

The list above is the final items.I start with brawlers gloves and a health pot.Then I get a avarice blade and berserker's.After that I start my first Bloodthirsters. After that I get my Phantom Dancer. After that it doesnt matter the order they are bought.

* very strong late game * early game is average
* you kill every thing * very expensive items
* 50% life steal * you might get stunned and not do
* 100% crit much but that happens to everyone
* high attack speed (unless you irelia)
* is that enough info to do it?
