Its very important to play ap tryn bot or jungle(also aviable mid), at beginning of the game you start with Amplifing Tome and skill your E. When you arrived at the first bush of the map (for first blood)you have do jump in with your E. Tryn need a tanky or a cc Champion.You should try to protect your mate from the other champion Attacks.
Ap tryn can olso played Solotop you begin with your q and wait of the minions wait for lasthits and farm near the Tower out of danger.When you Teammates have problems with the Kassadin or morgana counter, your able to changes lanes cause Tryn counter Counter Chars ;D

This item build give you max dmg on Tryndas E, you have to play a little bit passive with that build at botlane.

This skill sequence is really easy you just have to skill your q and e you can skill your w at levl 4 or 3 than max it last
