There are those who choose not to live in one of the great city-states of Valoran. Instead, they live their lives in small villages or nomadic tribes. There are most certainly perils in these untamed lands, but there are also great freedoms that come from being removed from the politics of Runeterra. Tryndamere was born a member of one of these nomadic tribes, a large child of surprising strength. One year, as his clan moved south between the Howling Marsh and the Ironspike Mountains, they came across strangers in black garb. The elder went out to speak with them, but they cut him down mercilessly. They then began the slaughter of every man, woman, and child in the clan. Tryndamere, the sole survivor, hid under the dead bodies of his parents, swearing vengeance on those who took his people from him - the assassins of Noxus. He has since joined the League of Legends to bring honor to the memory of his people and to slake his rage on the champions of his hated foes.
''Beware of Tryndamere! His sword appeases the hunger of the soul-devouring dead.''

Tips
* Delaying the activation of Undying Rage is a very effective way to make an enemy champion overcommit to trying to kill you.
* Bloodlust is an excellent way to heal Tryndamere, try not to let it fade off before you activate it.
* If the enemy is stacking armor, try building items like Last Whisper or Youmuu's Ghostblade.
*Before playing with Tryndamere, players must take into account that he is one of the few champions that has no mana pool and instead casts his abilities with his health pool.
*Try to delay the activation of Undying Rage as much as possible, as you can still lose health while it is activated. Delaying it is also a very effective way to cause an enemy champion to overcommit while trying to kill you. It is, however, always better to activate it a moment too early than a moment too late - while both can, in the end, cause you to die, the former lowers the chance that you will get hit by a few large bursts of damage and be dead before you can even react.
*Bloodlust is an excellent way to heal Tryndamere, max it out early and try not to let it fade off before you activate it.
*Bloodlust can be deceptively powerful early game. Allowing it to stack up to 8 before using Spinning Slash to enter combat can be a great way to get an early kill without your opponent knowing what hit them.
*The two most viable offensive rune types are armor penetration marks and crit chance marks. Critical chance marks boost his early game, allowing more critical strikes and thus more healing with Bloodlust, and armor penetration marks boost his general damage output.
*Having low amounts of HP grants Tryndamere a high critical chance with his passive Battle Fury.Take advantage of this when the enemy underestimates your ability to deal damage during low levels.Often they are taken back when they see their HP drop after being hit by several crits in a row, or they die.Even at early levels Tryndamere can crit for up to 200.
*When using Undying Rage, make sure you back out before it's too late. Especially when there are Champions with global range Ultimates on the enemy team. Using this ability and then continuing to Spinning Slash through a wall is a good way to escape.
*Spinning Slash is an excellent ability for chasing or escaping, this ability can allow you to pass through walls.
*If you use Mocking Shout right after charging in with Spinning Slash, the enemy will have limited time to avoid getting slowed. However, it is common knowledge that Tryndamere will use Mocking Shout right after Spinning Slash so always be ready to vary your tactics.
*As Spinning Slash ignores unit collision, it can be used to quickly get to the melee distance of a ranged champion hiding behind their minions.
*Remember that Mocking Shout reduces enemy attack damage so it is a good ability in a team fight even if you don't need to slow anyone in particular.
*Getting Exhaust Exhaust can help deceive your enemies into thinking that you are an easy kill.Stay around 20% hp, and when they come to kill you just exhaust them and crit them repeatedly due to your Battle Fury.
