Lifesteal IS necessary. I would definately change the second IE for The Bloodthirster.

Thought I do not very much agree with the 2 infinity edges because they do not stack, Good Guide I like the part on skill usage! +1

Yea...I don't like trynds spamming lifesteal up to 75% but 0% lifesteal on tryndamere is just bad...Get some lifesteal and you get +1 from me.

Nice build would change the IE for something else such as a bloodthirster which I think is the wiser choice.
