I highly doubt you will find yourself in a game where you will have 3 IE just saying lol.

any special reason of having 112.65 percent crit chance? tryndamere don't use AP so "burning embers" is pretty much waste of Masteries.
you should have at least one summoner spell, that can help you get away. that could be flash or ghost.
finally 3 "infinity edge" are waste too. the passive doesn't stack and crit is pretty much useless over 70 persent. you can buy lots of other stuff which gives attack damage.
