Your Core is bad and wrong you need Infinity Edge in your core for it to make sense, but in some matchups PD can be good but as a situational and not really part of the core.
Furthermore I also think you are making a big mistake by not having Tenacity rune, and always building Berserkers is what I find better than alerity and mercs as you do, if they have much cc you can always build silvermere or mercurial.


Another thing is your Runes in Season 11 Transcendence is not really needed anymore and due to the nimbus cloak nerfs I dont really think sorcery is the way to go anymore for 2ndary.

Reason why you wont need Transcendence is due to Navoriblades passive which lowers your skills Q-W-E when you crit together with what trynd already got in his kit the crit E cd reduction, the effect of this upon getting 100 percent crits with 0 CD is the same as the old 40 percent CDR build which means you dont need Transcendence at all.

If you absolutely want to go have sorcery 2ndary then nimbus-celerity could be better, but I dont think its a must anymore since Navori gives lots of stickon, if you have issues you can always use ghost, but I find its better to just play off your W-E-a-a-E which should give you good stickon.

Fleet footwork is not a good rune after my opinion and you wont really need it anymore, you can take it but its just not optimal.

Since Navori has good synergi with HOB I honestly think HOB is the rune to pick for most matchups.

PS. please update your items for the new season Tiamat is not a good rush item anymore, the build path can be a problem, also not really optimal anymore find it better to either rush Berserkers, Navori or Kraken depending on matchup.

ACTUALLY GOOD I TRIED THIS AGAINST A JAX AND MERKED HIM LOOOL AMAZING
