When i play tryndamere i go top lane and farm as many minions as i can then recall and get the heart of gold.In mid game you should have the infinity edge if not then you should already be building to it.Once you get that you want to get the warmonger armor for a lot of HP so your not as squishy.By now you should be doing a lot of damage and have enough of HP to hold your own in a team fight.Then you can get what you want after that but i recommend the phantom dancers for over kill
