Introduction
Start off with armor and 5 healing potions, you can take a bit more damage and always get 1st blood if you're patient, don't be reckless, armor doesn't make you indestructible. :p
This is the buying order:
Warding Totem > 5 Healing Potions > Cloth Armor > Vampiric Scepter > Berserker's Boots > Zeal > Sell Cloth Armor > Brawler's Gloves > Statikk Shiv > Upgrade Boots: Alacrity > Bloodthirster > Bilgewater Cutlass > Stinger > Zephyr > Zeal > Phantom Dancer > Blade of the Ruined King

Start off with the Spinning Slash, it offers some burst damage and is good for running away or running after your enemy, and it serves instead of Flash because you can go through walls.
Other than that this is the best way to max out your abilities, and this is how you should prioritize:
Undying Rage (R) > Bloodlust (Q) > Spinning Slash (E) > Mocking Shout (W)

Ghost - You don't need Flash because you have your Spinning Slash ability which can be used for exactly the same thing. And as I've said before, running speed is important on Tryndamere, weather you need to run away from multiple enemies, chase down an enemy or dive an enemy turret. These three things are what Tryndamere is best at. NOBODY will ever catch you or escape from you!
Ignite - Always good to have, comes in nicely early game for first blood, or later on when facing multiple enemies by yourself.

FARMING:
Early game always, ALWAYS try to last-hit, you should be angry at yourself if you miss a last-hit. It takes a bit to get good at it, but you just need to practice. If you only last-hit, you will force your opponent near your turret, which gives you enough room to chase him down and kill him before he gets to the safety of his turret.
JUNGLING:
If your jungler is on the other half of the map always take his Golems or Wraith, and if you're near the Red Buff ask him if you can take it. If you're near enemy jungle ALWAYS take it, Blue Buff/Red Buff/Wraiths/Golems. Constantly going into the jungle between the creep waves gives you a huge experience advantage. You can reach level 18 when everyone else is still at level 13 if you play right.

NEVER walk out of your lane! Tryndamere is NOT a team player. Your team is only there to distract the enemy, you will do all the work. Split-push hard all game long if possible, let enemies come to your lane, you should be able to take 2 at once easily, sometimes even 3 or 4 if they're squishy. If mid or bot are feeding DON'T HELP THEM, unless your lane is secure and perfect, only then can you leave your lane and help your team. Your teammates will rage and call you for help, but eventually they will realize you are their salvation and path to VICTORY!!!
Tryndamere is not easy to master as most people think. He is very easily countered if you don't know how to play him well. He is a risktaker, you have to take a lot of chances and risk dying a lot to get anything done with Tryndamere. You have to get used to turret diving and going against 2 or 3 opponents in ganks, you will rely on turning your Undying Rage on at the last millisecond, count to 4 and half seconds and then heal yourself with Q... This is the way to play him right. If you get good at it you will carry every single game you play with him, I promise you that.
I hope you enjoyed this guide, it's my first guide ever. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Now, go out there and Kill 'em All! :)
