I don't care if you're disabled in some way, if your guide is bad, I'm gonna downvote it.

For a start, don't put non-SR items into a SR build.

Random collection of items, random mastery settings (21/9 without ?), random runes (just saw the AP ones, no mpen, double scaling mres and stuff), content is just a set of text walls.

Although your item knowledge is somewhat solid, my main gripe is with your really, really callous introduction. Seriously, that isn't a way to welcome your readers. Apart from that, poor organization and writing (as said above, walls of text) just makes me feel like you put little effort in making this.

I have decided not to give this an upvote or a downvote, but it seems that there is a pretty clear consensus.

Need to explain your choices of items and tell us if it's dominion or not. Becuase both Ap and AD TF are amazing in their unique ways. Also you need to work with BBC coding as there are massive walls of text that discourage readers. Also you need to explain your mastery choices and abilities.
