Why Ad Twisted Fate

Most people see Twisted Fate as an AP machine, so why dare i go into AD with him? It is simply more entertaining. With the full build you are a machine of destruction. looking at what it says up there he doesn't seem to hold much of a candle to his AP counterpart. However, i would like to point out, that having achieved this full build with less runes and masteries, i had a full bloodthirster and at level 18 i was dealing 330ish at 2.5 attack speed(The stat guide up top does not take into account the maxed Stacked Deck Skill which adds 40% attack speed). Which is not what shows up there. Besides just seeming threatening to players, turrets and minions have no chance. Easily defend your base from Super Minions, and take the opponent turrets in split pushes like nobody's business. Then teleport away because you know they didn't like that.

Early Game

Starting off with Pick-A-Card can help scare your lane opponent off with the stuns. Use that to help yourself steal the lead in farming. Warding is very important as until you get the Blade of the Ruined King you are pretty vulnerable to ganks. The reason the Blade of the Ruined King helps is that you steal life and movement speed from the jungler and can survive more easily. Use your Wild Cards to poke them often and Pick-A-Card to regain mana. Once they seem decently down on health, not so much that they know they are in danger, but enough that you think you can win. Flash in with a stun and hammer away. Having the Bilgewater Cutlass and Ignite help to work towards the kill. Once you get Runnan's Hurricane, farming is much much easier. Hitting three minions every basic attack, really helps reel in the gold.

Solo Fights

I believe this build to be one of the strongest for a solo fight against almost any champion. Before you get the Trinity Force, you just want to smack them right off the back with a Stun and follow up immediately with a Wild Card. While they are stunned Steal movement and life with the Blade of the Ruined King while continuing to pound the opponent. Once you get the Trinity Force things work a little different. Since it allows you to hit for 200% bonus ad after using a spell you want to Stun, hit them with that bonus 200% ad, Wild Card, then hit them for another bonus 200% ad. Which, just going by the site and not what i have seen is 45+290 for the stun, then the 4 basic attacks during the stun add 1160, to the total. Then the q being pretty unimportant adds 260. Then from the bonus damage from trinity force you add in another 1160 to total for 2915 damage, not taking into account the opponents armor. All this within 2 seconds with a full build. I call it impressive.

Team Fights

Remember what you do during Solo Fights? Not much changes. Wait for the engagement to start and stun the most dangerous one, I.E. the one who will kill you, And pound his face in. When low on health just use your Blade of the Ruined King and live long enough to be certain of your kill. The most effective way is to use it on the closest tank, if it is within range, or to kill your target if you don't think you will make it.
