Im not going to vote but building as on TF isnt good imo. It has so many disadvantages it isnt even funny, in your description you say you have to stay out of a teamfight most of the time if there are specific champions on the enemy team (at least 10 or so). I dont think this works good...

Alright I've read the guide, and there are something I would like to point out.

1) Yes I understand your going hybrid, but looking at your item choice it would seem as though you achieve Max Attack Speed. So this seems to be your main focus, but if your going hybrid you need more AP items rather then AS items. Now I understand your looking at on hit effect items, but while they are good for TF he needs to supply some of his own damage. Relying on 4th hit procs, or proc on effect items to supply your advantage isn't always the best idea. I would reccomend getting only the ones whose abillties help you in your current situation. I know you have the BC and BT in the build, but that is too little AD in my opinion.

2) I came across this one section in which you mention iniating with TF. This is a TERRIBLE idea, due to your short short attack range. When you get in range your already extremly vunerable. After all your initating, meaning chances are your by yourself, or your team is in tight formation around you. Making you all vunerable to CC, so Tf should NEVER EVER start a team fight.

3) Moving on to your threat list. I'm looking through it and I'm going to give a few examples.

1: Kassadin low threat: If he is a tank ignore him. (When is a Kassadin ever tanky, they should be going straight AP with maybe one safety item). Now my question is have you seen a Kassadin? I'm sure you have, but he is capable of incredible amounts of damage! He can and will eat you alive he is an anti-carry! He is very good at his job, and is sometimes capable of dropping you in one combo.

2: Malzhar low threat: GTFO if he ults...no at this point its probaly too late. A built Malzhar can one shot you with his ult if you don't have suriviabillty. Even if you do he will take measures to ensure your death such as do his combo of E,W,R. That is about all I need to drop just about anyone. He is a scary champion, who 1v1 will probaly be capable of destorying you unless you get him within his 1st stun.

3: Katarina medium threat: A good Katrina is your worse nightmare, and chances are she will out damage you. While very bursty, but if she is AP she warrants the highest threat. Her shunpo can hit for alot same with bouncing blade, oh and if you fail to stun her when she uses her Death Lotus. Your probaly already dead.

These are just a few examples of somethings wrong with your threat list.

Now for the most part I hope you take this well, and make some changes.

Instead of leaving worthless comments that don't help me improve my build, why don't you leave some meaningful comments?

First, if you sucked with this build, I am more inclined to believe that your skills are not as good as mine then that the build itself sucks.

Secondly, if you are so good at builds, why don't you go contribute your ideas and make builds better instead of leaving a one line comment?

Thirdly, why are my threat list, stats and runes all wrong? And what are your suggestions to improve them?

Updated! Crit Build + Survival Build

Thank you very much Dewo.

Cleanse is a very very good option on TF. It will save your *** so many times it's not even funny. It has a low CD as well. I essentially have nothing bad to say about Cleanse, especially since it is almost a must in higher Elo games. However I haven't actually played in ranked games yet, so I can't say anything about that.

I do have one question about the crit build. On Moba it says I have 100% chance to crit, but with everything the same on LeagueCraft, I only get about 90% crit chance. Help?

You asked for it :P

Well as for summoner spells, i tend to go with Flash/Exhaust or Flash/Clense.
Its coz he is so squishy.
As we talk about squishyness your build is one of the most squishy you could go. Only defensive item is mallet that could not be enaugh for competitive play. You got stun and slow but it is not reliable on fast ganks especialy if you have stealthers on your games.

I suggest thinking about some defensive items.

As for items...
I tend to play AD/AS TF also. But i build him for crit. You build him for proc's. That is a good thing coz of magic/physical balance.
But why boots of mobility in main core. If you prefer tabi you could go for dodge seals and 21/9/0 masteries.

Also a quite lategame lifesteal. Are you getting Vamp scepter any earlier? If not than you should consider it, for easier jungling for example.

Overall good build. :)
