I love playing twisted fate, he's a good DPS champion. Plus he can kill you with a paper cut in this build.

For Runes I grab Armor Penetration reds since he is A DPS
Health in Yellow
Attack damage blues and Attack Speed

Standard 21/0/9 Tree taking armor penetration and neutral buff duration

For Summoner spells take Flash and Exhaust

Flash is a good Escape mechanism since Twisted fate is really slow(build will compensate for this) and it can be used as an offensive spell

Exhaust is a good chasing tool as well as an escaping tool

Replacement summoner spells

Flash=Ghost- Ghost and flash basically have the same concept but ghost has a longer duration and flash can go over walls

Exhaust=Teleport- Teleport is a good tool to use for good map control, Teleport can be used on any friendly minion or turret. Additionally, it can be used on a number of allied structures and creatures. These include:
Wards like Sight Ward and Vision Ward and this will now reveal the ward to enemies for a few seconds.
Flags like Rally and Jarvan IV's Demacian Standard
Destructible traps like Shaco's Jack In The Box and Teemo's Noxious Trap
Pets like Annie's Summon Tibbers and Heimerdinger's H-28G Evolution Turret.
However teleport does not work on:
Indestructible traps like Nidalee's Bushwhack and Caitlyn's Yordle Snap Trap.
Champion copies like Mordekaiser's Children of the Grave and Shaco's Hallucinate

When creeps are going down or up in a straight line target the last minion with your q.
For the turrets grab a blue wild card every time you attack the tower to regain mana.

Your slow has an AOE affect so in team fights when the enemy team is all bunched together use the red card and slow them all! When a team fight intiates use your ultimate to teleport behind the team to prevent escape and pick off the stragglers *note in a recent patch Twisted Fate's teleport is not world wide

I hope you like this build this will be my second build, my first build was a total failure but I didn't know much(yeah I know I shouldn't be making builds if I don't know how to play)
