Spells:
Cleanse

Runes:I take armor penetration reds, attack speed yellows and attack speed blue. For quintess, i pick armor penetration.
Abilities:For the abilities, i take Pick a Card first to harrass at the begining. You can also hit minions and keep all your mana by using Blue Card. Then i take Stacked Deck to hit stronger every fourth card thrown. Keep the sequence ''Pick a Card - Stacked Deck'' untill level 6, for your ultimate. Make sure to go gank whenever a teamate needs your help. It's an easy gank with Twisted Fate, you just teleport in the lane, in the bushes, and gank the enemie. Never take Wild Cards, because I think its useless at the begining, you can just harrass with your blue card, you will never loose mana.
Items:For the items purshase, I start with my boots, so i can run a little bit faster and it gives 25% attack speed. Then, i get Sword of the Divine, for more attack speed. Now for some damage, I take Last whisper for armor penetartion, it help alot in the begining and its not really expensive. Since im hitting fast now, I buy bloodthirster, for more attack damage and some life steal. Then i buy phantom dancer for some movement speed, its always useless, and for more attack speed. For the last item, i go for a madred, to hit more hard on tanks, and high hp stackers. If there is really only true dps on the other team, i go for a Frozen Mallet.
