That was the way i used to play him. With unexperienced guys it worked, i was always appearing from nowhere killing them in 1v1, with the over 20 guys this didn't work at all, they came with champion that can use fear and stun as you do with the difference that they never go alone in a lane and sometimes i couldn't even defend a turret because i was down in 2 hits. This is why i thought that using him more like a support stunner that slow the enemies(red cards, frozen mallet) or blocks them is way better more effective in a team fight, and if someone escape with low life you can kill him even with lesser damage than you do. This is why i give a -1.

I think I can clear up the runes part. There are 4 types of runes; marks, glyphs, seals and quintessences. The LoL runebook has room for 9 marks, 9 glyphs, 9 seals and 3 quintessences which explains the 9/9/9/3 build for runes.

Apart from that I think its a pretty good guide, but maybe you should add a subsection about boots: berserker greaves when you are owning, merc threads for a heavy CC team and ninja tabi against physical heavy team. But in all, a pretty decent first guide :D
