This build is fairly expensive and you move from a Boots of Mobility(1000g) to an Infinity Edge(4080g). It is fairly easy to catch the element of surprise, but you won't have many items to help you on your quest for 4080g. That's a lot of gold so early in the game. Your Teleport spell is an okay spell, but that is why you have Boots of Mobility right? I see you also grab Berserker's. Twitch has enough AS, and your Phantom Dancers make you WAY overcapped. Your description of ghost makes it not sound as good as Flash. Flash can give you that element of surprise, entering and escaping fights. It is also a great finisher, being able to flash in and get that Expunge off. With boots of mobility, flash will give you enough time to stealth away, making the whole "run away" part useless.

Basically, too much AS, 2 boots?, questionable summoner spells, expensive build (nothing early to help get kills?)
