Introduction
I am bronze IV (I almost never play ranked) and wanted to share this build for my main adc, Twitch
This was just an idea I had one day that turned out to work really well and I wanted to share it.

Runes
Instead of ravenous hunter you could take either ultimate hunter or eyeball collector.
You could even go sorcery with celerity and gathering storm
